The advantages for the farmer of a hosted version is that the data can be accessed from any PC or tablet, meaning that you or your secretary can work from the office, home or the kitchen table. The data can be also accessed by your accountant or consultant.
If you are an existing client wanting to move KEYPrime in the cloud, we offer two solutions:
- Shared virtual server set up
This option is ideal for those who want to move only their KEYPrime data onto a hosted platform.
- Dedicated virtual server set up
For those clients who would like to move their KEYPrime data AND your other software onto a hosted platform. This solution can be used in the place of physical office server and is ideal for those who require multiple users accessing the desktop concurrently.
In either scenario, two additional benefits are that the program versions are automatically updated by us, so no more downtime for you, and also that the data is encrypted and backed up remotely, for immediate recall in the event of a disaster.
