The five members of the Landmark Systems team (Landmark vs. Lochs) due to take on the Great Glen Challenge on 30th August to raise funds for the Royal Scottish Agricultural Benevolent Institution were thrilled to secure a new major sponsor this week.
Mackie’s of Scotland, based in Aberdeenshire and the home of FARMData (a division of Landmark Systems) are farmers who produce the reknowned Mackie’s ice cream. They have kindly made the biggest single donation to the team’s fundraising efforts bringing them one step closer to their £2,000 target.
The event involves walking, running, cycling and kayaking in the Scottish Highlands. The competing team made up of Allistair Gray (Sales, Scotland), George Paterson (FARMData, Scotland), Annabel James (Sales, East Anglia), Kate Adams (Software tester) and John Macrae (Sales, South East) are now really looking forward to fuelling all of their remaining training efforts with Mackies treats which include crisps, chocolate and 11 flavours of ice cream – check out the range here: https://www.mackies.co.uk
