COVID-19 UPDATE – JULY 2020     

We hope that you and your families are well at this moment in time and are happy to now be able to provide you with a COVID-19 update.

Up until very recently, the entire Landmark team had been working from home. We thank you for your patience and understanding while we handled your support queries from different locations and with varying levels of bandwidth and telephone reception on occasion!

We are so glad that we were able to help nearly 200 more users to work from home too, by providing free, temporary install licences and reduced rates for our web-hosting services.  In May the Landmark team, supported by our parent company ISAGRI were also pleased to be able to donate £3,180 to the Hospital Heroes Appeal supporting West Sussex hospitals.

MOVING FORWARD

Whilst this pandemic is far from over, the situation and government advice regarding safe working practices has evolved and therefore, the way we are working is slowly beginning to return to some sense of normality.

LANDMARK STAFF BEGIN PHASED RETURN TO THE OFFICE

We now have a third of our team working back in the office, with special distancing and sanitisation measures in place. Due to continued growth at Landmark, we invested in additional office space prior to lockdown – something we are very grateful to have now!

Providing government advice does not change, from Monday 6th July all our support, administration and development teams will work from the office on rotation, 2 to 3 days per week. Numbers of staff in the office will increase as is permitted and safe.

ONSITE TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY VISITS RECOMMENCE

Where possible, our training and sales teams have already begun to commence onsite visits, following government guidelines.

Our team have been provided with masks and sanitisers. If you are content that you can provide safe conditions in which a visit can take place, our team are happy to meet you.
